Returns
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out.
Refunds & Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Your item arrives damaged
You receive the wrong item
There is a significant fault with the product
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item and the packaging
A description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund.
Custom & Personalized Items
Please note: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Be sure to double-check spelling, names, and design details before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the error was on our part. In some cases, you may be asked to return the item. If so, we’ll provide return instructions and cover the return shipping if the item was incorrect or faulty.
